On March 28, Rural Health, Inc. and the City of Goreville held their annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Goreville City Park in Goreville, Illinois. Although the weather was a bit chilly, coordinators estimated that over 100 kids and their families enjoyed the event where they hunted roughly 6000 eggs and visited with the Easter Bunny.
Children were awarded prizes for golden eggs found in each age category (under age 6 and ages 7 to 12) and a free Easter Basket raffle was held for the families. Prize winners and volunteers pictured (below) top, L-R: Kimberly Dubson and her sons, Jack and Waylon Woelk, winners of the Easter Basket raffle; Goreville High School CNA volunteers, Kaleigh Harrison, Jessica Throgmorton, RN School Nurse, and Kaitlyn Kelly; and Chucky Sigler, winner for finding a golden egg in the under age 6 category.
Many thanks to everyone at RHI who helped make it a fun day for all! More photos will be added to the RHI Facebook and Instagram pages.
