Family Medicine

Our Family Medicine providers deliver acute, chronic, and preventive medical care to individuals of all ages. Our service delivery model is to provide patients with a patient-centered medical home providing comprehensive healthcare for the entire family.

Obstetrical & Gynecological Care

Our Obstetrics and Gynecology providers deliver care to mothers and babies during pregnancy and delivery. In addition to traditional maternity care, our providers specialize in disorders of the female reproductive system, urinary systems, and preventive women’s healthcare.

Behavioral Health

Rural Health, Inc. provides Behavioral Health services at our Anna, Vienna, Goreville, and Metropolis locations. Our providers are highly skilled and very attentive to our patient’s needs and provide treatment for a variety of Behavioral Health diagnoses.

General Dentistry

We offer premier dental services at our Anna & Goreville locations. Prevention is the primary focus of our dental program that offers a variety of services.

Laboratory

The laboratory is able to provide many tests onsite such as urinalysis, rapid strep, pregnancy, allergy, and flu.
