No medical, dental, or behavioral health record or information will be released without the knowledge and consent of the patient. All patient information is kept confidential.

In the event of an emergency, you should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. An answering service handles calls when the offices are closed and can be reached by calling our main number, 1-618-833-4471.
